Counselling

Counselling provides a safe and non-judgmental space for you to talk about anything that is troubling or worrying you. Please use the contact email addresses under each service to get in touch, or you can phone the METRO HIV team on 020 8305 5006.

METRO - METRO counsellors help people work through issues they may need help with. You must be 18+, living with HIV, and either live, work or study in Lambeth, Southwark or Lewisham. We offer 12 one-hour sessions, once weekly, online or in-person in New Cross, Lewisham or Kennington, Lambeth locations.

Africa Advocacy Foundation - This service is informed by a holistic focus on race and culture, supporting people living with HIV who are from Black African backgrounds. We offer one-hour sessions once a week for six weeks. Offered in-person in Catford, Lewisham or online.
